- In signing up for any Defy event you are agreeing to have you or your child used in any promotional content. This may include Images, or video on any social media platforms, magazines, etc.
- Any and all personal information such as, names, addresses, email address, or other personal info will not be shared with any third party. Defy Athletix will not share or sell any of this information with any persons or businesses.
- Defy Athletix does not have access to any credit card or billing information after you have purchased a product or service.
Sales & Refunds
We exchange for any damaged or non-working equipment. All refunds/exchanges are due within 30 days of purchase (30 days after received). We do not refund for any damages due to rough use.

Due to the nature of the camp & clinic industry, we are unable to offer refunds.

TERMS FOR CREDIT REQUEST:
The monetary value of that credit is based off what you paid. If you would like to attend another camp that is more expensive than the credit you hold, you will need to pay the difference.
**All future credit goes to the full price of any future event. Credit cannot be used for any early bird pricing or advertised discounts.
If you choose NOT to attend an event for personal reasons like: you believe the weather is not suitable, decided to do something else in place of the event, or simply do not want to go, you do not receive credit for a future event.
The Exception: The only case in which we provide refunds is if a camp is cancelled by Defy. Conditions may include but are not limited to: lack of registrations, unexpected emergency, etc. Weather conditions are not included on this list. If weather is too poor to run an outside camp, we will seek an alternative solution to make the camp run. If we are unable to find a location within the same day, we will seek an alternative for the following day, or a day close to the original date. If weather causes a full cancellation, and the staff is at the site, you will receive credit toward a future event.
In the unlikely case we have to change date or field locations for a camp, you will be notified immediately via email and all sales remain final.
Program Partnership 25% deposits are non-refundable. If you need to change the original event date, Defy will do its best to work with you, but is not obligated to any agreed date change. The remaining event fee (75%) is non-refundable.
If weather brings delays to the event, Defy and the host will do everything possible to make the event occur (finding indoor facility, etc). If we have to delay a day due to weather we can do this as well. Weather issues do not permit the hosting party to run the event on a different date outside of the scheduled date unless it's the following day.
