Due to the upfront financial investment required to launch a clinic, we are unable to offer refunds.If you cannot make an event that you have signed up for, we only offer future credit for documented injury of the athlete (doctor's note required). Please notify us HERE.
TERMS FOR CREDIT REQUEST:
The monetary value of that credit is based off what you paid. If you would like to attend another camp that is more expensive than the credit you hold, you will need to pay the difference.
If you choose NOT to attend an event for personal reasons like: you believe the weather is not suitable, decided to do something else in place of the event, or simply do not want to go, you do not receive credit for a future event.
The Exception: The only case in which Defy provides refunds is if a camp is cancelled by Defy as a result of Defy's actions. Postponing an event does not fall under this exception.
Forced postponements: Defy does not offer refunds for any delays or reschedules outside of Defy's control. This includes but is not limited to: Flight delays or cancellations, poor weather, cancellation by hosting facility.
**The following applies only to events that are rescheduled for 5 days out or later**
In the event of postponing an event, each registrant will be granted a 24 hour window to notify Defy if they are unable to make the rescheduled date. If notification of not being able to attend is received within the 24 hour window of the reschedule notification, the registrant will receive full monetary credit for any future event in the United States.
If a registrant does not notify Defy that they are unable to attend the rescheduled event within the 24 hour window, they are subject to all original sales and refund policies and are considered a registrant of the new date.
Short Term Time, Date, or Location Change "Subject to change":

If there is an unexpected location change due to forces outside of Defy's control, Defy will immediately notify all registrants of the new location and all sales remain final.

If there is an unexpected date change due to forces outside of Defy's control, Defy will immediately notify all registrants of the day and time and all sales remain final.
Program Partnership 25% deposits are non-refundable. If you need to change the original event date, Defy will do its best to work with you, but is not obligated to any agreed date change. The remaining event fee (75%) is non-refundable.
If weather brings delays to the event, Defy and the host will do everything possible to make the event occur (finding indoor facility, etc). If we have to delay a day due to weather we can do this as well. Weather issues do not permit the hosting party to run the event on a different date outside of the scheduled date unless it's the following day.
